According to the climate character of Fujian area,which is hot in summer and wet and cold in winter,combining the present situation of building energy consumption,the thesis carried out the research and development of EPS composite thermal insulation roofing module in Fujian area basing on the concept of economy,energy-consumption,environmental-friendly and the improvement of house thermal comfortability.Adopting the methods combining the theoretical analysis calculation with finite element analysis(ANSYS),the thesis conducted the deep research on the key problems including the structure integration of EPS composite roof panel,the structure connection technology and mechanical property.The main works are as follows:1)The thesis conducted the design and research of new types of composite roof panel constructure by analyzing the shortcoming of the present roof panel mechanical property.Taking the character of climate and energy consumption in Fujian areas into consideration,the thesis analyzed the thermal performance of this new type of composite roof panel in order to decide the thickness of the composite roof panel.2)The thesis considered the practical project demand,setting up 25 pieces of EPS composite thermal insulation riffing module and using the software of finite element analysis(ANSYS)to carry out simulation analysis in its destruction form,deflection performance and ultimate bearing capacity.3)Basing on the simulation of finite element analysis(ANSYS),the thesis changed the parametric including the span,the section size and the thickness of the EPS module composite roof panel to carry out simulation analysis of their influence on the composite roof panel bearing capacity and transformation.The main achievements are as follows:1)By improving the construction design of the original module's rapped-end connection,the thesis put forward the new type of EPS modules,which improves the tensile strength between the inter-connecting EPS modules,strengthens the module connection structure.2)The thesis estimated that the perfect thickness of the EPS module composite thermal insulation roofing module in Fujian area is 80 mm by the demand of the 'Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Fujian' DBJ13-62-2014.3)Using the software of finite element analysis(ANSYS),the thesis carried out research in the mechanical properties of the EPS module,developing a new type of EPS module accessible roof by changing the span layout on its limitation at the inaccessible roof.
