Traditional granite cutting equipment is not only difficult to meet the market demand but also constrained by resources and environmental protection policies.Only new type of diamond frame saw for granite machine can solve the above problems.To research and develop new type of sawing machine which works under large sawing forces and dynamic impact loading,its guide organization must have a good bearing capacity and stability.Therefore,the creative general design of diamond frame saw for granite and research of higher load-bearing and stable sawing roller guide mechanism are great important for green and high efficiency sawing of granite and other hard stone.According to relevant industry standards and production practice,this paper makes a general designation of frame saw and clears the design principle and design index based on module partition design theory.Through the modular design,we can make sure of the transfer mode and implementation of energy,materials and information between each modular and sub-function.The research lays the foundation for optimize the structure of sawing roller guide mechanism module and helps to adapt to the request of the pedigree of frame saw machine and enhance its market competitiveness.By the sawing load of frame saw for granite,a new type of sawing roller guide mechanism is designed.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the effects of design parameters of roller guide mechanism on the dynamics characteristics of roller guide rail system.Furthermore,it will provide theoretical base for optimizing the parameters and improving the dynamic characteristics of sawing roller guide mechanismBy means of modal test analysis for framework of diamond frame saw,ten modal frequencies of each of its parts can be got.Compared the modal test results with the calculated results obtained from the finite element method,it verifies the finite element method to be correct and,meanwhile,helps to correct the finite element modeling process of framework.Based on DOE of ANSYS Workbench,it optimizes the structural parameters design of the finite element model.After the improvement and optimization,not only is the mass of the framework reduced but also its strength is improved.At the same time,the performance of roller guide rail is improved.The research of functional module analysis and module partition in this project will lay the technical groundwork for the design and research of new typed frame saw.And meanwhile,the design and research of new typed frame saw will promote the green development of stone industry without doubt.This project has got the Shandong Province independent innovation achievement transformation project named "the high efficiency green production complete set of numerical control equipment industry and demonstration application" and its project number is 2014CGZH0802.Moreover,this project also receives TaiShan Industrial Experts Programme special-purpose funds to fund and its name is "green cutting technology of stone and development and application of numerical control equipment".
