The engine exhaust temperature is one of the characteristic parameters of the engine combustion state,with the overall technical level of the engine,the engine performance is more excellent,the engine combustion control technology is more and more advanced,the temperature of the engine control row more attention at home and abroad,has been part of the engine exhaust temperature as the control variable in engine combustion control,especially in the control of combustion gas the engine exhaust temperature,engine control is more important,it has a certain relationship with the technical characteristics of gas engine.The combustion speed of the gas engine is slower than that of the fuel engine,and the power generation efficiency is relatively lower than that of the fuel engine,and the heat load is relatively high.The research content of this paper is to explore the technical route to improve the combustion performance and reduce the exhaust temperature.In this paper,190 gas engine as the research object,through the simulation analysis and experimental verification,discusses the combustion process control,matching,exhaust system and turbocharging system of.Miller cycle application feasibility of reducing exhaust temperature.Through the research of the subject,the technical route of combustion control and exhaust temperature of 190 gas engine is obtained:First,by referring to the domestic and foreign literatures and attention,compared with domestic and foreign gas engine technology,analysis of the combustion parameters and control parameters of the system structure of gas engine,such as compression ratio,ignition time,ignition and combustion chamber structure,the combustion process of exhaust temperature influence,through the test to determine the reasonable designing parameters compression ratio,ignition advance angle,combustion chamber structure,guarantee the performance of gas engine to reduce exhaust temperature.Two,through one-dimensional flow calculation,12V190 gas engine performance analysis,optimization of the intake and exhaust system,so as to improve engine performance and reduce exhaust temperature.Three,on the 190 gas engine using the Miller cycle feasibility of reducing the exhaust temperature of the foreign unit reference and 190 series products are similar,through simulation using Miller combustion optimization technology,improve thermal efficiency and reduce exhaust temperature.The performance of the gas engine can be improved and the exhaust temperature can be reduced by using Miller cycle technology.The essence of the exhaust temperature of the gas engine is to optimize the combustion of the engine,improve the thermal efficiency,improve the comprehensive utilization rate of the fuel,reduce the heat load,and achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature.In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the gas engine,this paper finds out the measures to reduce the exhaust temperature of the gas engine by consulting the relevant data and testing.
