Infrared seeker is an important subsystem of the infrared air to air missile(AAM).The technical level of the infrared seeker usually reflects the technical level of the missile.The application of the new infrared seeker is the significant sign of the new infrared AAM.According to the requirements of the infrared seeker,analyzed the formation principle of the target signal in the Dual-color and Multi-chip infrared seeker.The principle design,engineering implementation and related software development are carried out,A low cost,high reliability processor is successfully implemented,which meets the requirements of the seeker.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The detector and optical system of the Dual-color and Multi-chip infrared seeker are briefly introduced.The forming mechanism and recognition method of the target signal in the seeker are introduced,and then the principle of the information processing is briefly introduced.According to the requirement of the seeker,the technology index of the information processor is decomposed,and the scheme design of the information processor based on TMS320C6414 and ADSP2187 is carried out.Due to the limitation of space and volume,the information processor is divided into three parts,Pre-amplifier,main amplifier circuit and information processing circuit.The Pre-amplifier and main amplifier circuit will complete Gain-Control of the target signal,and the information processing circuit will complete acquisition and processing.Then according to the scheme to carry out the principle of design.In principle diagram design,completed in accordance with the reference signal zero crossing detection,the adjustment of target signal frame sampling number,tracking signal form requirements,completed the design of related software,the compression/stretching algorithm zero crossing detection method and real-time sampling data for four segment method of sine wave,and the implementation of specific code.According to the principle to carry out pre amplifier,main amplifier circuit,the three part of the information processing engineering circuit implementation,including preamplifier using hybrid integrated circuit form module,the main circuit and information processing circuit using ordinary printed circuit board to achieve,to carry out the design of signal integrity in the design of printed circuit board in this paper,the serial clock signal of ADSP2187 as an example to introduce the process and method of signal integrity design,and achieved good results.After completing the assembly and debugging of the information processor,the relative test was carried out.The test results show that the information processor can meet the requirements of the seeker.
