Seeker technology is one of the core technologies of precision guided weapons.Because of its advantages,infrared seeker has become an important technical means of precision guidance weapons.In order to ensure the seeker performance and missile accuracy,stablility,reliable and effective test system is designed,which can test the image and communication performance of infrared seeker.The designed seeker test system consists of optical fiber board,PCIe board card and upper computer(other students are responsible for).The optical fiber board of the test system is connected to the infrared seeker and installed on the seeker head.The optical fiber board receives infrared images through Camera Link protocol,which realizes image caching,reconstruction and forwarding.The optical fiber board communicates with the infrared seeker through the HDLC protocol.Two different data messages are transmitted to the PCIe board through the Aurora protocol.The PCIe board is installed in the test computer and interacts with the upper computer through the PCIe interface.The fiber board and PCIe board are physically connected by fiber channel and confluence ring.The designed optical fiber board and PCIe board card take FPGA as the core to complete the transmission and analysis of image and communication data.The main functions are as follows:(1)realized high-speed transmission and reconstruction of 154×128,100 Hz infrared images;(2)realize the HDLC high speed processing speed of communication frame interval of 0.5ms;(3)through the design of fiber channel and confluence ring,the problem of inconvenient testing caused by rotation of seeker is solved.The designed seeker test system satisfies the technical index,and can test the image and communication performance of a certain type of missile seeker. |
