The lithium-ion batteries have advantages of higher performance,lower pollution,longer service life and stronger power compared with other batteries.And it is widely applied to many fields such as aviation power equipment,electric vehicles and medical equipment.But the bad opreration on the lithium-ion batterties will decrease performance of the battery and cause huge safety accidents.Therefore,the design and implementation of Battery Management System based on Lithium Battery with safety,stability and reliability have great realistical significances and practical values.Firstly,a novel method to estimate SOC of the vehicles and parameters of the equivalent model based on the dual adaptive unscented Kalman filter is proposed.Thevenin model was used to simulate the battery dynamic characteristics.The UKF is used to estimate parameters of the battery model while another AUKF is used to estimate SOC of the battery through the real-time measurement data.And also through ohm resistance indirectly estimate health(SOH).Secondly,a novel equalization circuit is designed based on SOC as the balanced variable and multiple winding flyback transformer as the equilibrium topology include the work mode,the circuit parameter and so on.SIMULINK was used to simulate the equilibrium strategy and topology in a variety of work condition.Thirdly,the battery management system is established based on BQ76PL455 acquisition board,STM32 control board and the method of SOC estimation based on dual adaptive unscent kalman filter.The hardware is divided into the control and the measurement module to realize the function of the communication,the display of battery information,the acquisition of battery parameter and all kinds of protection.The software is divided into hardware function drivers and host computer program.Finally,the basic function of battery management system was tested include the accuracy of the voltage,current,temperature,and SOC estimation.Results show that the voltage,current and temperature acquisition error is less than 2%,and the error of the SOC estimation is 2.1%.The experiment shows that the system is stable safety and reliable.The system has good estimation precision and it has strong practical value.
