As an oil transfer component of aircraft fuel tank,the jet pump plays an important role in the aircraft attitude control and stable flight control,which is equipped widely in the aircraft because of its advantages such as few components,high reliability and good performance.Due to the consistency and stability of oil pump directly affect the flight control of aircraft,the maximum pumping height has a guiding significance for the proper installation and manipulation.The studying for the test equipment and simulating the high–altitude environment of operating are important to the research of the function and manufacture of jet pump.In this paper,basing on IPC(Industrial Personal Computer)and control mode of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller),the design and implementation of automatic control system of jet pump experiment equipment are studied,focusing on the research about the simulation control for high altitude environment management,safety experiment management control of fuel test,experiment process and software design of IPC programmable controller.In the control module for environment simulation,the calculation relationship between the atmospheric pressure and the altitude was studied and the atmospheric pressure database through the look-up table method is created to reduce calculation and improve the efficiency of the project.Finally,the design scheme of pressuring and vacuuming for simulating atmospheric pressure were presented.In the control module for safety experiment managements,it mainly studied the safety of operation environmental and testing process safety conditions of fuel experiment equipment,and control alarm on the amount of fuel vapor and fuel temperature these two important functions were designed.It also provided the proposal for the safety management of the fuel experiment room such as the effective ventilation equipment of the laboratory to reduce the amount of fuel vapor and installing of the cooling unit to cool down the fuel.In the experiment process control,the control process basing on the operating principle of jet pump was mainly designed by taking the research on detection method about oil pumping capacity and pumping height.Finally,the calibration of input detection system of experiment equipment by system calibration method is introduced to improve the accuracy of the data acquisition system.In the software design,the man-machine interface,control interface and command input database operation of jet pump test equipment were achieved by using the powerful functions about monitor,record and display of configuration software MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)in IPC end.The independent function process was realized into a whole module which facilitates the combination of various functions by subdividing the input module,output module,the control module and function module using STEP7 programming environment was programmed controller PLC end.Basing on the advantages such as easy programming,short development cycle,good versatility of the IPC and control mode of PLC programmable controller,the interconnection was established with RS485 communication protocol and the master computer and slave computer operate independently were achieved,which improved the efficiency of the project research and development.
