Study On The Lift-sliding Stereo Garage With Electric Vehicle Charging Function

In order to solve the problem of difficult parking in cities and electric vehicle range,this paper studies the combination of stereo garage and electric vehicle charging technology,and designs a study on the lift-sliding stereo garage with charging function of electric vehicles.Firstly,based on the analysis of the stereo garage type and the charging mode of electric vehicles,the three layers of three columns and seven parking space lift-sliding stereo garage is selected as the research object.The main frame,car carrying board,control system and safety protection of the lift-sliding stereo garage are studied in detail.To solve the problem of electric vehicle range,the conventional charging device is adopted stereo garage underlying,and magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transfer is adopted at the middle layer and the top layer so as to realize electric vehicle charging.An automatic connecting device of wireless charging facilities is designed by using cylindrical CAM mechanism to solve the problem of charging cables moving with the car carrying board.The relative offset distance between the transmitting coil and receiving coil for wireless charging is analyzed to ensure the charging efficiency.Then the control system of the lift-sliding stereo garage is studied,Mitsubishi programmable logic controller(PLC)is selected as the controller of the stereo garage.According to the requirements of lift-sliding stereo garage control system,the hardware and software is designed for the control system,and the running program of the stereo garage control system is simulated and debugged using GX Developer programming software and GX Simulator,which verifies the correctness of program for the stereo garage operation.Finally,according to the work flow and control requirements of the lift-sliding stereo garage control system,configuration software(MCGS)was used to build the stereo garage operation monitoring window,including configuration screen production,variable definition,animation connection,script program design.The operation of vehicle access monitoring and control in the monitoring system is simulated,the feasibility and correctness of the automatic control of the stereo garage are verified.The research results of this paper have achieved the integration of electric vehicle parking and charging,which has certain reference significance and broad application prospect for the battery life of electric vehicles and solving for the problem of difficult parking.Figures 53,Tables 5,References 66.
