A level crossing is the only area where there is a conflict between the road and railway in the whole transportation network,being an accident-prone area in the railway transportation.The revised national standards establish the principle of road priority,however,current crossing signal still use the principle of railway priority.In order to meet the new national standard requirements,crossing controlling scheme needs to be adjusted.Based on this,the level crossing control scheme under road priority was studied,the requirements of level crossing control under road priority was analyzed,the interlocking relationship between level crossing state information and railway signal was studied,a new level crossing control scheme was proposed in this thesis and an experiment was conducted.The results of this study were of certain value in application.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.The functional requirements of level crossing control under road priority were analyzed.The difference between railway priority and road priority was analyzed,and pointed out that the crossing signal state under road priority should be interlocked with the railway signal,based on this,the importance of setting automatic barrier was analyzed,the structural schematic of alarming relay of crossing control system under road priority was designed.2.The crossing interlocking control scheme under road priority was studied.The detailed scheme aiming at different blocking system of level crossing has been designed.The coding scheme for section level crossing was given.It was concluded that coding section should be added outside the Monoindication Obstruction Signal for semi-automatic blocking section crossing.3.A typical crossing system was established.A four-display section track circuit model was designed by Proteus simulation software.The signal logic function of hardware circuit was designed.The PCB of crossing signal control was made and the controlling program was assembled based on Chip STM32.A comprehensive debugging experiment has been made and verified,the experiment results meet the demand.A level crossing control scheme which makes the crossing signal state interlocked with railway signal was designed in this thesis,and it can meet the principle of road priority.The results of this study were of certain value in application.for engineering design.
