In the northeast of China,it belongs to the alpine region,and it will be faced with different equipment and different kinds of freezing and blocking problems in the process of gas transmission and distribution in winter.Taking Daqing area as the research object,the research in recent years in Daqing city gas facilities operation in winter,analysis of gas facilities of different types in different parts of the freezing phenomenon causes and related solutions and results were to meet with gas gas and car running in winter in the alpine region of city gas distribution in the process of freezing problem,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Low temperature in winter,for the installation of fuel gas facilities heating system can effectively avoid the temperature too low and cause the occurrence of freezing equipment,gas equipment in winter can ensure safe and smooth operation,some disadvantages of the existing heating system.To some extent,such as high energy consumption,fire resistance,unable to monitor the implementation of such shortcomings.In this study,the research and improvement for the existing heating system,and strive to design a new type intelligent heating system,in order to achieve high versatility,low power consumption,with flame retardant,the actual operating data real-time upload and other functions.
