Leakage blocking technology for pipe is a process that can stop leaking during operation by adjusting, leakage stoppage or reconstructing the seal, which plays an important role during the maintenance for the pipeline system. In the process of fluid transport, how to repair leaks on In-service pipeline safely and efficiently is a problem to be solved. There are some devices for leakage blocking, which are not only suitable for all kinds of complex conditions difficultly, but also are inefficiently. Therefore, there is an important actual significance to develop a secure and efficient equipment to repair leaks on-line pipeline for fluid according to the special divulging.The general planning of the device of fast repair leaks on in-service for fluid pipe was studied in this paper. Several clamping plan were compared and studied. Based on the specific condition, Bar-leakage blocking device and Flexible fixing leakage blocking device were confirmed finally. The pressure of the condensation point of the pipeline was researched by establishing the fluid simulation via computer, which provided design parameters for the design of device.The finite element model of leakage blocking was established, the Contact Problem and Hyper-Elastic Problem of the seal structural were studied in the article, and then a kind of new seal ring structural was confirmed at last. Comparing with rectangular seal ring, the advantages of the seal sing were tested. Combined with the structural of the device, the strength, self-locking performance and the rapidity were analyzed, which laid the foundations of theoretical base for the analysis and design of the device. At last, the realization form and plugging technology were studied, the assessment methods of sealing effect were studied also.The technology is mentioned in this paper has been tested in the lab, and good effect has been achieved, which will be applied in the pipeline rehabilitation.
