Investigation And Health Assessment Of Urban Life Water Cycle

Water is the basic and strategic resource for the survival and development of urban agglomerations.In recent years,in the process of city,as we have paied too much at-tention on the econemy of the city water resources,especially in the life water circula-tion system,the nature and health of city social water cycle was ignored seriously,which leads to the city water supply shortage,water pollution and water ecological deteriora-tion,and seriously affected the city residents the quality of life and hinder the harmo-nious development of the city,and these phenomena has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of the city.Therefore,in order to break the shortage of water resources and the healthy circulation of city development constraints,promote the sus-tainable development of regional water shortage,according to the Beijing-Tianjin-He-bei metropolitan area life water circulation issues in-depth study,the main contents are as follows:1)on account of the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of city water resources,expounds the shortage of water resources and city,water resources crisis puts forward improvement measures from a macro perspective,the establishment of the sus-tainable city water circulation system concept explicitly.2)based on the study of the present situation of water resources in the BTH,this paper puts forward the importance of the health diagnosis and evaluation of the life water circulation system from the point of view of natural circulation and social circu-lation.3)when studying on city life water circulation characteristics and process,the life water circulation system is split into five subsystems as water taking,water supplying,water consuming,water draining and water recycling through two aspects of water re-sources and water flux theory,which establishes the theoretical foundation for the es-tablishment of health assessment model.4)water consuming process,the most influnced and typical process of life water circulation system,is selected to do a survey which has real data as support of Beijing city and Tianjin city.The research has obtained the actual living water data,is used to analyze the impact factor of city residents living water,focusing on the income level of residents,bathing,washing,flushing water behavior were compared and analyzed,which help to the management of water saving.5)The establishment of city life water cycle health evaluation system,using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method,on the basis of safety,security and efficiency principle,construct the target layer,rule layer and index layer,feature evaluation evaluation index system covers five subsystems and water quality,and the combination of water man-agement measures,comprehensive security health diagnosis and effectiveness.The evaluation results show that the Jingjinji of health diagnosis results for Beijing Hebei provincial health and grade ?,Tianjin municipal health and the whole index system,the weight of living water system,the health level of maximum.Finally,the health diagnosis of life water circulation system was applied to the water system construction and water management,through the protection of drinking water sources,water supply network optimization management,water-saving appli-ances,water diffusion changes in structure and management of sewage and water price adjustment policy,for the healthy operation of the maintenance of life water system of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei city ciecle,lay a good foundation for the sustainable develop-ment of social economy.
