The research contents of this dissertation is part of the National key research subject(2016YFC0802003)named "The research about instability mechanism and stability control technology of temporary support structure ",belongs to the project named "The research and demonstration of key techniques for construction safety in super-tall building ".China is a country with frequent typhoon,every year,typhoon will cause great economic losses.With the construction of a large number of super-tall buildings,the phenomena of collapse and overturning in temporary support structure of heavy machinery such as tower cranes and construction elevators has become more.Making an investigation about the phenomenon of the heavy machinery temporary support frequently failure,which is found that some of the accidents are caused by the strong wind load.Due to the randomness and variability of climatic conditions in reality,which is resulting in the wind load using in the process of structural design and the actual situation have great nonconformity,these have become the uncertainties of accidents.Therefore,according to the principle and method of computational fluid dynamics,this dissertation makes the numerical simulation and analysis of wind pressures on high-tall temporary supports surface and regional wind field,and analyzes the wind-induced response of temporary support under the different conditions.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Perform numerical simulations to validate the measured model.Numerical simulations of the standard 6m cube model are carried out,and the results of numerical simulation,field measurement and wind tunnel testing are compared to verify the accuracy of numerical simulations.(2)Establish the calculation model of temporary support structure in accordance with the relevant regulations.Consider the size of the computational domain,mesh method,calculation boundary conditions,equations discrete scheme,turbulence model and the convergence of fresult to establish the calculation model of temporary support structure of tower crane and construction elevator.(3)Make the wind field numerical simulation and analysis of the temporary support structure of tower crane and construction elevator.Carry out the numerical simulation of the wind field of the tower crane and the construction elevator,and analyse the variation of the wind pressure and the regional wind field under different working conditions.The arrangement of different working conditions:different building height;different wind speed;different wind angle of attack.(4)Use the analysis results of(3)to analyze the wind-induced response of the temporary support structure of the tower crane and the construction elevator.Calculate the wind-induced response of temporary support structure under different working conditions,and check the strength of temporary support structure,and determine the weak part of temporary support structure under wind load.(5)Conclusion and prospect,the further research work is put forward,which lays the foundation for the following research.
