| Wind load is one of the important parts of horizontal force imposed on the structures. Along with the development of science and technology, the height of tall building increases constantly, Wind load become more and more important, Especially for tall buildings, super-high buildings ,tower structures and long span bridges , wind load often acts as the control one in all kinds of loads.Fundamental wind pressure is the basic data in structural wind resistance design. First of all, the basic characteristic of wind are described and discussed in this paper. The relationship between wind speed value and wind pressure, the mechanism by which wind effects on structures are depicted. The fundamental wind pressure provided by Load code for the design of building structures is obtained under the "standard conditions". The actual building's site condition is not coincides with the "standard conditions" commonly. It needs corresponding conversion with the standard fundamental wind pressure to get the actual fundamental wind pressure. according to random vibration theory, the principle of the random vibration is extended to the along wind-induced response, then, the across-wind response is described and discussed basic on Japanese and Canada building code.According to Chinese design code about load and the principle of the wind-induced response analysis, a along wind-induced response analysis of a tall building was carried on through the finite element analysis software SAP2000.The analysis result from SAP2000 and SATWE was compared, Regarding the high tall building as an cantilever model which is fixed at one end and free at another end, along wind-induced, across wind-induced, torsion wind-induced were calculated in different wind load. The calculation of along wind load effect have provided with Load code for the design of building structures .The results show that across wind-induced force is greater than along wind-induced in the design wind pressure , Torsion wind-induced force is 46948.6kN·m, and can't be neglect .Structure design must consider the effect of across wind-induced and torsion wind-induced, and take the corresponding protective measures.Tall building becomes more and more flexible, wind affects more continually, So it makes the human comfortableness become the important factor and even more determinant. Based on the human comfort calculating model of Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Tall Buildings in China, the maximum acceleration of the peak along-wind, across-wind were calculated. Based on some criteria for human comfortableness, The tall building's human comfortableness was checked. |
