Snoring,a common physiological phenomenon can significantly affect the health of patient and sleep quality of others.Because the lack of people's knowledge on snore and inconvenient and complex process of monitoring it in hospital,many kinds of product about anti-snore come into being.However,the homogenization phenomenon of the anti-snore products is more and more obvious.Most of them can't offer a safer and effective method to cure the snoring according the characteristics and the severity of snoring of the patients,can't satisfy the need of customers.In the mobile medical field,the research about domestic anti-snore equipment mainly focuses on technology and there are few work has been done on the research of the service user experience.Our research tried to use the methods and theories of service design to built a wearable anti-snore product service system,which can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of service system in the in mobile medical products' development and research.This study applies the methods of service design,such as market analysis,user interviews,questionnaires and other means,to explore the users' nature demand to wearable anti-snore products and definite the clear position of the mobile anti-snore products and services system.Focused on the service-oriented closely,the hardware and software products should be designed in-depth in the angle of user experience.Finally,the Usability test can verify the availability of the product service system and provide the direction for the following design optimization.After the design and development of the anti-snore hardware and the monitoring software on snore detection and sleep quality,we built a wearable anti-snore product service system.The system can monitor the snore and sleep quality of the user and then offer user with personalized suggestions and the corresponding solutions.Besides,it also automatically records the user's sleep quality and snore data for medical treatment reference.It will warn the user when monitoring Serious snoring,and simultaneously provide the service of consult and registered online.
