The Design Of Intelligent Anti-snoring Product System Based On The Internet Of Things

As an important enemy of human sleep health,there is still no good solution to cure.Snoring is one of the symptoms of a clinical sleep disorder(OSAHS).OSAHS refers to the symptoms of respiratory suspension and ventilation caused by obstruction of the upper airway during sleep,accompanied by snoring,disturbed sleep structure,frequent blood oxygen saturation,daytime sleepiness and other symptoms.Because of the lack of awareness of snoring,few people go to the hospital for treatment.The existing anti-snoring products include bulky medical appliances represented by ventilators,and the use of physical ways to maintain airway ventilation to achieve the cessation of snoring and the cessation of snoring drugs.These antisnoring products or volume are too large to use,or are not comfortable to wear,and can't treat snoring fundamentally,and can even cause side effects.With the development of science and technology,smart devices have begun to infiltrate all aspects of people's lives.People's attention to their own health is becoming more and more profound.Smart home system,is refers to the use of advanced computer technology,network communication technology,intelligent control technology,wireless sensor network technology,will and household life on all sorts of equipment organically unifies in together,provide efficient household environment for people.lot system has higher information flow efficiency and can provide more convenient intelligent home life.As a result,mobile medical future based on the Internet of things will be a key application in the development of mobile healthcare.Based on the elements of the Internet of things,this study designs an intelligent anti-snoring product based on the Internet of things,and builds a service network that is the core of it.This study based on the causes and treatment of sleep apnea itself,by user research,user interviews and other means of user requirements in terms of positioning,has been clear about the service system design method based on Internet of things.Through the user location combined with iot building factors,this study concluded that a set of service system,through the snoring recognition detection method research,and related intelligent hardware research,this study designed a set of intelligent anti-snore products hardware based on Internet of things.This design can effectively slow down the user's snoring and provide users with a smart sleep health report and medical service system.
