With the continuous improvement of consumers' living standards and the accelerating of the upgrading of goods,a large number of idle items have been generated,which has led to the growing popularity of the "idle economy".In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,people use more and more electronic products in their daily lives,and the speed of upgrading of intelligent electronic products is fast,people frequently change,resulting in a large number of discarded electronic products.Produced,electronic product recycling has become an emerging recycling field.As a new design thinking and method,service design is gradually being applied to different fields.Applying service design theory to the design and research of electronic product recycling system,it is very important to consider the system from the perspective of system,optimize the service process,provide users with the service content they need,and provide users with a pleasant system experience.This paper deeply studies the principles,processes and methods of service design by collating and analyzing the literature and design practices of existing service design concepts.Based on the service design theory,this paper proposes a service-based design concept and is user-centered.,the user's demand for the use of electronic product recycling equipment in a specific environment,and the construction of relevant character models;according to the method and principle of service design,the target users,service processes and touch points in the electronic product recycling service system The analysis of the line summarizes the service blueprint of the electronic product recycling service system,and finally proposes the service design strategy and establishes the entire service process and system.And completed the hardware and software design of the product to verify the feasibility of the design strategy.This paper provides a better theoretical support for the design pattern of service-oriented other product systems through the research on the design theory of electronic product recycling service system.
