Research On The Construction Strategy Of Qingdao City Corridor System Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

Qingdao has a long history,urban construction activities for more than a hundred years.However,with the continuous improvement of the concept of urban planning and social progress,the old city has been unable to match the overall development of the city.Those urban residents who living in the old city their various types of needs are not met.City renewal activities have to be carried out.And as the cities’ "meridian" and "blood vessels",the city corridors involve the economic,social,and environmental aspects.They are where city vitality is concentrated.In this paper,through the research on the theory and practice of corridors at home and abroad,it is found that the improvement process of urban corridor theories is consistent with the development of urban planning theories.The construction of urban corridors has played a vital role in urban development in various periods,and to a certain extent,they determine the direction of urban development.The perfect city corridor system can balance the layout of urban space and coordinate the common development of various systems in the city.As an entry point,this paper creatively links the urban renewal with the planning and construction of the city corridor system,and tries to adjust the city’s economic,social and environmental systems through the construction of the city corridor system.Through the construction of urban corridor system to stimulate urban vitality,to achieve the overall coordinated development of the city,and to ensure the sustainable development of the city.In this paper,the urban corridor system is divided into economic,ecological,cultural,leisure and comprehensive five categories according to the city function.Through the classification of urban corridors,the functions of the city corridor will be specific.In the process of urban corridor system planning,we study various aspects of city renewal area to find out the various problems in the city system and the causes of the problem.So as to propose a more targeted and more thorough way to solve various types of urban problems,fundamentally improve the quality of urban residents living environment.To improve the traffic area to be updated and improve the layout of commercial blocks,we need make several rectifications in the economic corridor,;To improve the city to be renewed area green space system we should reflect on the ecological corridor;To improve the city to be renewed area of public service facilities and improve the quality of life of residents,we can keep a watchful eye on leisure corridor;To protect the historical heritage of the area to be renewed,to maximize the meaning of various cultural resources,to meet the cultural needs of urban residents and shape the characteristics of the city image,we must pay more attention to the construction of cultural corridors.Finally,through harmonizing the various corridors and building the integrated city corridor system,the overall benefits can be maximized,then we can improve the city on the basis of the system and achieve sustainable development of the city.After understanding the history of Qingdao city corridor construction and combining with the status of various types of corridors in Qingdao,Qingdao has realized the corridor system problems,at the same time,emphasized the difficulties corridor system faced.With the problems to be solved,this paper has carried on the detailed research to the domestic and foreign classics to use the city corridor to promote the city or the example of regional development.After the research about the corridor construction strategy used in the case and the beneficial experience of the corridor construction practice,combining with the status of Qingdao,based on the above,some measures were put forward in many aspects such as emphasis on research,resource integration,traffic system construction,ecological protection,living environment,ensemble and management mode and so on.A clear goal,comfortable and convenient city corridor system can help us to improve the city economy,society,environment and other aspects of the status,in the meantime,achieve sustainable development of the city.Finally,from the point of view of that Zhongshan Road block,the "birthplace" of Qingdao city,is the study plot of the corridor network,the article puts forward the experimental application of the proposed urban corridor network construction strategy.With a full understanding of the present situation of Zhongshan Road Block,including its construction,the commerce,the traffic,the resident population and so on.This paper makes a tentative attempt to build the integrated corridor system of the area with the urban corridor network construction strategy.Through perfecting the area of economic,social and environmental improvement,The system can greatly enrich the area function,achieve the purpose of stimulating the vitality of the area,update the city,and ensure the sustainable development of the city.
