The industrial heritage left over from the industrial era occupies a large amount of land resources in the city,and most of them are abandoned and dilapidated,which seriously affects the overall appearance of the city.As early as the 1950 s,Western countries carried out industrial protection against the value of industrial heritage,and China has experienced a relatively long period of industrial development after the founding of the People's Republic of China.Start late.Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China's economy and the upgrading and transformation of its industrial structure,China's industrial industry has entered a new historical period.At the same time,China's research and protection work on industrial heritage has achieved certain results.Protection has shown a good development trend.The industrial development of Qingdao started early.After the two occupation periods of German occupation and Japanese occupation,the industrial development before the founding of the People's Republic of China had begun to take shape.Today,a large number of industrial heritages are left,with unique regional characteristics.Very high research value and protective significance.However,at present,the protection of Qingdao's industrial heritage is mainly based on scattered protection,and some industrial heritages have had different results after renovation and transformation.At the same time,there are still a large number of industrial heritages that have not been well protected and studied.The "Qingdao City Master Plan(2011-2020)" clearly states "indicates that the industrial heritage distributed on the Jiaoji Railway Line will be dug and protected to form an industrial heritage display zone on the east coast of the Jiaozhou Bay",which also reflects the overall protection of Qingdao's industrial heritage,The determination and attitude of the overall development.This article takes Qingdao industrial heritage as the main body of research,introduces the concept of heritage corridor mode,and explores the overall protection strategy of Qingdao industrial heritage.This article is mainly divided into three parts: The first part explores the problems faced by Qingdao's industrial heritage in detail through methods such as data collection and field research.In addition,it conducts in-depth research on the relatively mature theories and practices of domestic and international heritage corridor models,and analyzes their applicability to the protection of Qingdao's industrial heritage.The second part summarizes the characteristics and reuse value of Qingdao's industrial heritage to facilitate the targeted protection of industrial heritage.The third part,based on the heritage corridor model,studies the overall protection and renewal of Qingdao's industrial heritage,mainly including the formulation of protection and renewal objectives and principles,the activation strategy of heritage corridor,the formulation of overall protection measures,the protection and renewal methods of important heritage sites,and the relevant suggestions for the government functions.In summary,this article hopes to explore a targeted industrial heritage protection strategy through the heritage corridor model to solve the problems of Qingdao's industrial heritage.And for the protection of industrial heritage in other regions of my country,it provides a broad reference value for the protection and update of thinking methods,concepts,principles,and methodology.
