The Study Of Water Environment Problems Of Urbanization

Under the stage of rapid urbanization and industrialization,urbanization development is the main driving force for China's economic development.With the accelerated pace of urbanization in China,the utilization of water resources and water pollution control and management has become a major research topic.The process of urbanization in the process of water environment is very complex,because of the differences in the use of water resources in each city,the water environment effect is different.The utilization of water resources in the process of urbanization in the process of water resources utilization and water environment pollution control are two important directions to solve the problem of water environment effect.Based on the process of urbanization,this paper mainly studies the effects of water resources utilization efficiency and water environmental pollution control in the process of urbanization.First,select the pressure of the water environment,water environment and water environment response of three indicators,establishment of the establishment of the water resources utilization efficiency evaluation model,for the city of water environment in the process provide a comprehensive measurement and evaluation system.The water environment is controlled by many kinds of natural and artificial factors,and the process of urbanization is an important part of the water environment.The results of this study show that:(1)City in the process of capital output elastic coefficient,labor output elastic coefficient and water resources input output coefficients are in certain degree of water resources use efficiency has a great influence,especially labor output elastic coefficient of water resources use efficiency maximum,suggesting that along with the accelerated process of urbanization,large numbers of workers to the urban agglomeration,water resources utilization efficiency is also improved.(2)In the process of urbanization,economic growth has a very important influence on water environment pollution,and the relationship between the two is that the environmental Kuznets curve is inverted "N" type.This is due to the growing size of the economy at the same time,industrial wastewater discharge also showed a rapid growth trend,a huge pressure on the water environment.In order to improve the utilization efficiency and benefit of water resources,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of environmental regulation,industrial structure,technological progress and so on.Firstly,the paper puts forward the concept of "water environment protection".Second,make any efforts to enhance the whole society,water enviromnental protection awareness.Third,optimize the industrial layout and industrial structure in the process of urbanization.Fourth,promote the construction of water environment infrastructure.
