Research On Space Form And Planning Optimization Of New City

China has been persisted in reforming and opening up for more than 30 years, especially in the 21st century, China entered the stage of comprehensive development,most of china major cities develop rapidly. More than that, second and third tier cities are also rapidly expanding. At the same time, China become a big industry country from the original agricultural country, the country's leading industries has been transfered to urban from rural, urban employment opportunities increased significantly, more and more people go to the cities, leading to urban population expansion, the original planning urban areas can not meet the sharp increased population. In response to population problems, all major cities plan to accommodate more people by renewing old city and re-planning old city. In contrast, the development of new urban areas to become the first choice of population strategies to deal with the problem. At the same time, it will make the city's spatial form a significant change. So it is very important to study the spatial form of urban new district.Sixin new city is located in Hanyang District, one of the three Wuhan "deputy city center. Sixin new city is a new image of Wuhan New Area, new features, new features concentrated display area, its goal is to create eco-energy production service center. This paper takes Wuhan Sixin New City as the research object, the of regional planning research, and studies its spatial layout planning. The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical guidance for the planning of Sixin New City, and to provide practical experience for the planning of ecological new area in China.First of all, the paper expounds the basic principles and planning tasks of urban new district planning, analyzes the problems existing in the new urban planning of our country at the present stage, and puts forward the relevant theoretical basis, and comprehensively analyzes the two relatively successful new district plans of Tianjin Binhai New Area and Wuhan East Lake High and New Technology Industrial Development Zone. The two successful cases provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive analysis of the planning of four Sixin New City. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic situation of Hsin-xin New Town in Wuhan, analyzes the background of the planning of the four new new towns, and expounds the planning requirements, function orientation and planning concept of the four new towns in Hanyang District, Wuhan City. Finally, New city planning of successful experience and shortcomings, and make recommendations for the optimization of other cities in China's construction of new towns to provide constructive recommendations.
