In this paper, the research target is that solving FD1068P63K4 truck in 40-60km/h speed vibration problem, in order to solve the problem,lots of methods were adopted, such as subjective evaluation and objective testing, application software LBVIEW write vehicle vibration index quantification procedures, using ADAMS vehicle dynamic response calculation and analysis and so on.Then the cause of vehicle vibration was find out,to improve the system, measures were proposed, the vibration isolation performance of suspension rubber block was optimized and decoupled was optimized, so timely and effectively solves the problemof thespecific speed vibration.Based on the model analysis and improvement process of the vehicle vibration is mainly done the following work:1) subjective evaluation and objective testingTo solve the problem of the vehicle vibration, the subjective and objective evaluation had been carried on.To further determine the vibration of the existing problems,subjective evaluation had been adopted by the company specializing in the evaluation; Objective evaluation was mainly using the company's existing donghua vibration instrument equipment to test the model test, for example:the vehicle vibration index test, related spare parts index testing and related parameters, then made ananalysis of powertrain incentivesstimulation and pavement stimulation, at the end the main factors of vehicle vibration was the powertrain assembly system. So the vibration had been significantly reduced.2) using the LAB VIEW to develop a weighted acceleration calculation software for vehicle ride comfortBy using the virtual instrument-the Labview software platform, and combining with the existing donghua vibration equipment acquisition and national standardfunctions, a weighted acceleration vibration calculation software for the vehicle ride comfort hadbeen developed and used to test the vehicle vibration to complete parametric vibration indicators.3) ADAMS finite element modeling and analysisFor powertrain parameters, including the barycentric coordinates, mass, moment of inertia, stroke and suspension of a position and stiffness parameters, such as, and data integration of powertrain. ADAMS model of powertrain mount system is established and the calculation of the original state, found that the decoupling rate is not appropriate, Using Adams/Insight design objective function for system optimization for many times, the stiffness of powertrain rubber piece and decoupling rate was optimized, to reduce the vehicle vibration.4) prototypevehicleoptimization comparison before and after improvementIn order to reduce vibration, calculation and analysis the installationof engine wascalculated and analyzed, stiffness and decouplingof suspension rubber pieces were optimized. Again, we organized the subjective evaluation and objective test to contrast the original state with the optimizedstate,theresults showed that the index the vehicle vibration was reduced obviously, dramatically improve the vehicle vibration.
