At the same time, the flexible work station can't get reasonable full application. The interference between the traffic and equipment and store waiting for the optional Settings, seriously affects the production efficiency.Based on the ways of combining the original two production lines of welding workshop, expanding the production capacity of flexible equipment, giving full play to the advantages of manual labor, the flexible production line is improved, and the lord rate of the equipment is getting balanced. At the same time, the original frame welding workshop is improved by reasonable putting the train operation and equipment, and setting store waiting areas and reasonable avoiding constraint conditions.Through improving the welding workshop, the product quality is stable, the backlog of material is reduced, the turnover is increased, the shift is changed into a single class,5 operators are reduced, the production space is reduced 17%, a 3080 drilling machine is saved, and the economy is improved.
