Workshop facility layout research is an important field of industrial engineering research and practice.In actual production,unreasonable layout of facilities will directly affect the production efficiency and safety of enterprises.It can be said that a reasonable layout of facilities is also one of the important assets for an enterprise,which needs to be improved and maintained according to the actual situation.systematic layout planning(SLP)is a well-organized layout method.Its principle is to find out the best distance of relevant units by analyzing the logistics relationship and the close relationship between units,so as to find out the reasonable layout of facilities.Powerful computer technology can help to solve the complex layout task,combine the system layout design method with computer,provide a strong help for facility planning,save a lot of financial resources,especially for large-scale facility layout.The research object of this paper is the facility layout of a factory in Qingbaijiang,Chengdu.The research contents are as follows: according to the situation that the production capacity is insufficient to meet the demand of order quantity,the new facility layout scheme is discussed.In the process of designing the new scheme,the theory,method and steps of SLP are fully followed,and the technological process and working procedure of the factory are analyzed in detail.Then the mathematical modeling is used to model the problems of the factory to find the optimal solution.The constraints that meet the situation are designed,and the genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution through the set parameters and codes Draw the layout of workshop facilities.By calculation,the total logistics transportation distance before the optimization of the production line layout in this paper is 76827 m.After the preliminary optimization of the system layout method,the total logistics transportation distance is 55476 m,which is 21351 m less than the original scheme,and the optimization ratio is 27.8%.By using genetic algorithm and SLP method,the handling distance of the new scheme is 48325,28502 m less than that of the original scheme,and the optimization ratio is 37.1%.It has been proved that the newlayout scheme helps HD company reduce the waste of transportation.Finally,the qualitative analysis method is used to verify the feasibility of the new optimized layout,which can help the production efficiency of enterprises to improve significantly.At the same time,the validity and feasibility of the improved SLP method are verified.The optimization method used in this paper also provides a reference for the layout optimization of the same type of large equipment production line.
