Power industry is the livelihood of the important basic industries and utilities. The safe, stable and adequate supply of electricity is an important guarantee to healthy, stable, sustained and rapid development of the national economy development. In order to satisfy the development of the national economy, the rapid development of power grid construction, power grid voltage level increasing. However, in recent years, the global extreme natural disaster events increase significantly,which bring catastrophic impact to the power grid.Accompanied by heavy rain, heavy rain destroying tower base.typhoon is one of the devastating natural disasters in the world., In addition, it can not only lead to the break down of the power grid, but also add to the difficulty of the recovery and repair. Typhoon has brought great loss to the China's southeast coast of the power grid, which affects people's normal production and life. Typhoon poses a great threat to the power grid, with the development of science and technology,there rises a need for a more scientific method to analysis the relation between typhoon and power grid.. In recent years, with the wide and in-depth application of information technology in various fields,a set of data analysis method now has gradually formed..This paper mainly focused on the grid against typhoon technical platform built on service-oriented (SOA) architecture.The platform can not only meet the requirements of the current grid operation information and the typhoon monitoring information integration, but also absorb other functions according to business needs, to keep the other application of functional integration in, providing better support for decision-making.The following rearch are included in this paper:.Firstly, the actual grid situation under typhoon disaster is analysed, including the grid disaster characteristic and the formation mechanism. The laws of typhoon disaster occurrence and progress in difference areas and the influence of the typhoon disaster are selected as main research objectives, which will provide support for regional division as well as offer suppert for disaster warning forecast.Second, the mechanism of typhoon impacting the grid are analysed and the corresponding mathematical model is developed; the anti-typhoon platform with the function of typhoon visualization, decision-making support and network losses information automatically statistic is developed..The information gathering and reporting work are strengthened, the database of typhoon and grid loss is perfected. The typhoon moniting and warnig system are studied so as to deploy emergency force scientifically and respond rapidly.Thirdly, on the basis of electricity typhoon disaster research, the relationship between the typhoon impacting factor and the grid are fully analysed; the formation mechanism of grid typhoon disaster and anti-typhoon method are studied; the anti-typhoon support platform based on information technique is developed.Fourth, the anti-typhoon technical support system technically follows the characteristics of grid corporation closely. The platform adopts the existing resources, follows the principle of longitudinal and lateral connections, complete function, comprehensive information..What's more, the platform keep a good balance between practicability and advancement. Some standard, mature technique, such as "SG-ERP" are included in the platform.
