With the development of the economy and technology of the world, the public attach great importance to energy conservation and emission reduction nowadays. Energy conservation level of enterprise has become an essential factor in ranking different enterprises with similar position and estimating the potential of sustainable development. One of the most important energy in modern enterprises is electric energy and energy conservation level of electric energy is of a direct effect of cost-effectiveness. Under these circumstances, distribution network of enterprise, which is an important part in electric power of enterprise in transport and use, has significant importance in the determination of level of enterprises' electric energy conservation standard the efficiency level and would have late effect on the enterprises'whole benefit.Starting with the situation of energy consumption and energy consumption in our country, the research status of energy conservation in the international and domestic enterprises are introduced, and then research status of energy conservation in distribution network of enterprise are recommended, the methods of analyzing energy and efficiency of enterprise are stated, the feasible ways of enterprises' electric power conservation under the current technical conditions are analyzed too.Analysis of energy efficiency of enterprise distribution network which included common energy efficiency influencing factor is made, the impacts of various factors on the efficiency of enterprises are illustrated. Then combined with common cost analysis method, the analysis of electricity cost of enterprise is used. On this basis, a comprehensive evaluation indexed of enterprises' energy efficiency is exhibited which lays the foundation of design of energy conservation in distribution network of enterprise.Some feature of energy conservation optimization methods are analyzed, such as optimizing and compensating reactive power, the general principle is established for energy conservation scheme.By contrast, the contract energy management model is identified as an economic pattern of energy conservation scheme.According to the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and considering the priority, the paper selects reactive power compensation and other energy conservation methods to be applied; at the same time, various features of different energy-saving optimization are analyzed, the general principle of energy conservation conceptual design is established. According to a typical test, the test result is analyzed and compares with the result of APH, the correctness of the result is proved. Reactive power compensation becomes the promotional program of energy conservation best conceptual design and the effect of the scheme which may reaches is forecasted. Evaluate the scheme effect from analyzing the key index to improvement such as running conditions, electricity saving situations to prove the effectiveness of the project.
