With the electric power used widely, it has been a symbol of development and strength of country. But the electrical energy efficiency of our country has been relatively low. Power saving has been one of the focus of national economic construction in China, and the power of enterprises is paramount, is an important part of the implementation of sustainable development. Quite a long time in the future, enterprise energy saving will become the chip, which the enterprise in a good position to competitive in the industry. The distribution network as an important part in transmission of electricity in enterprise, its efficiency level directly affects the utilization ratio of electricity in enterprise, thereby affecting the overall efficiency of the enterprise. Then the analysis of energy efficiency and energy saving of enterprise distribution network is meaningful.Firstly, the situation of current energy consumption and electrical power consumption of our country is introduced, and then the paper analyzes the energy efficiency level of enterprise distribution network to the influence in the whole efficiency of an enterprise, and then the research status of analysis and evaluation of distribution network energy efficiency and power saving in enterprise is discussed.Secondly, the mechanism of energy consumption of various kinds of components in enterprise distribution network is discussed, including the factors that affect them, and then a quantitative model of energy consumption for each component is given. Based on this, with the principles of establishing energy efficiency assessment index system, the assessment index framework of enterprise distribution network is presented. And then analyzes the common methods of assessment, as the shortage of the conventional evaluation methods, the method of combining subjective weight with objective weight is presented and gives an improved AHP method to calculate the subjective weight of index. The paper adopts gray relational analysis method to solve the fuzzy subordinate degree of index, and then combined with the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the energy efficiency of enterprise distribution network, and finally, an example validates the proposed method.Thirdly,it briefly analyzes energy saving system of enterprise distribution network, especially with passive filter design to the harmonic problem, it mainly analyzes the method of comprehensive design of PF parameter, which considered of various constraints. And then compare the harmonic amplification in compensation system with PF which the parameters calculate by the minimum installed capacity method, reactive compensation capacity and comprehensive design method, and finally choosing the comprehensive design method to develop the PF software.In the end, according to the analysis of passive filters parameter design, the paper develops the software platform of passive filters. The software can solve the parameter design of single-tuned passive filter and second-order high-pass filter, and can analyze and display the expected results. It can also evaluate and analyze the performance of PF existed in the system, and verify the effectiveness of the software through the simulation.
