As a result, both photovoltaic system design and running analysis are very importance.Photovoltaic power generation process is concise and easy, without using mechanical moving parts, short construction period, simple operation and maintenance, expansion and convenient installation, can be unattended, low maintenance cost; There is no fuel consumption, there is no other substances, including greenhouse gas emissions, also does not produce no ise, clean green environmental protection; Solar energy can realize nearby power generation and power supply, not after a long-distance transmission power, to avoid the transmission line long distance transmission of electric energy loss; Photovoltaic powe r generation is by the direct conversion of photon to electronic, power generation efficiency is very high, the theory can reach more than 80%, and has reliable, stable performance, service life can reach more than 30 years, technology has a bright develop ment prospect.From the global petrochemical energy storage capacity of the actual, this paper analysis the good prospects of photovoltaic power generation and present situation at home and abroad, Heilongjiang Province, Suihua city light resources, put forward the feasibility of building photovoltaic power station in suihua Lan Xi. Through practical research, calculation and comparison, completed the photovoltaic power station, technology, electrical design in jobsite, the efficiency benefit comparison ana lysis, obtained the suihua blue west 4 MW photovoltaic power station has significant economic benefit and social benefit. This article also has carried on the detailed summary of the design, photovoltaic power generation in the future was put forward to focus on the problem.Lan Xi PV Power Station, line capacity is about 5542.57 MW ?h, compared with the same scale coal- fired power plants each year for the country to save 1905 tons of standard coal(thermal power coal consumption by 360 g / k W ? h); conservation of water resources about 4000 tons. While reducing annual emissions from coal caused by a variety of harmful substances, which is about 36 tons SO 2, CO2 is about 5500 tons, NOx is about 83 tons, soot is about 10 tons.
