Block Base Structure is a new roadbase structure, because of the short construction period, the advantages of quick speed, good overall performance and has initially used in the construction of urban road to replace the traditional two ash crushed stone base. Gap filling slurry is an important part of the combination of basic structure using this material to the combination of basic structure of block joint grouting filling, can make the combination at the grass-roots level to form a whole bearing structure. Caulking materials can pass the embedded squeeze effect between blocks, the deformation of the coordination between the base blocks the mechanics and durability performance will directly affect the safety of the whole structure. But as a result of this structure is novel, domestic use of caulking mortar performance study is blank, at the same time, the existing gap filling materials on the market is much used for road repair, the price is higher, and durable performance, not very good and the structure of performance requirements, which will hinder the combination structure at the grass-roots level in the domestic application and promotion.Mortar development process, main completed the following research work:First, the article based on the specification of the bonding mortar, establish a combination of grassroots caulking mortar mixture ratio design, and makes a has the effect of early strength, self-leveling caulking mortar, and relatively high performance irrigation sewing the material on the market price is decreased obviously.Second, purchase of grouting material on the market as a comparison group, the homemade mortar flexural strength, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial compressive strength and the static compressive elastic modulus can be tested, the results show that mortar static compressive elastic modulus is lower than the grouting material, is advantageous to the combination of grassroots joint structure.The flexural strength of homemade mortar filling and sewing the material and close, but all can meet the requirements of combination at the grass-roots level structure of caulking material, suitable for combination in the seam at the grass-roots level.Third, the article take homemade mortar gap filling and grouting material for durable performance test, the results show that homemade mortar permeability level slightly higher than the grouting material, far higher than that of grouting material and antifreeze level.the homemade mortar shrinkage rate slightly higher than the irrigation sewing.The material and ability to resist fatigue deformation can meet the requirements of combination at the grass-roots level structure of caulking material, suitable for combination in the seam at the grass-roots level.Forth, the article will have effect of self-leveling mixed powder mortar as caulking material applied in changchun city leap to the middle road are laid in the test section of the actual project, so to more of test section, verify the feasibility of this structure in the engineering practice.
