In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s construction industry and rail transit industry,the contradiction between the vision of urban development and the solid waste generated in the development process has become increasingly significant.How to treat solid waste according to local conditions and make rational use of waste soil has become an urgent problem to be solved.Sintered waste soil high performance block is made of discarded soil as raw material and sintered with biomass fuel.Block design and production with large size,high hole rate,high precision,so the use of thin ash seam masonry technology in construction can greatly improve the construction efficiency,effectively reduce the amount of mortar,reduce heat loss to improve the thermal performance of the wall.However,as a new type of environmental protection wall material,there are few relevant researches in China.In order to improve the key technology of preparing high performance sintered waste soil masonry with thin ash joints in China,the basic mechanical properties of masonry were studied experimically in this paper.In this paper,the basic material properties of sintered waste high performance brick and mortar were tested.The purpose is to provide basic data for the follow-up research and ensure the new construction technology of roller pulp.This paper studies the block of flatness,axial compressive strength,flexural strength,and the strength of mortar,two different regeneration special ready-mixed mortar water dosage and compression test.This paper focuses on the compressive performance,shear performance and composite mechanical performance of thin layer mortared sintered waste soil high performance masonry.Through 4 groups of 15 axial compression test and 6 groups of45 shear test,with kinds of mortar,mortar strength and mortar joint thickness as a variable,get cracking and breaking load,displacement,strain and other parameters,calculation of compressive and shear strength of the specimens,the analysis of the effect of variable factors on the strength,for the regeneration of ready-mixed mortar to replace thin mortar joint special mortar provide basic data and research analysis.It is found that when the thickness of horizontal ash joint increases from 1mm to 2mm,the bonding effect between mortar and block surface can be effectively increased,and the compressive and shear strength of masonry can be improved.Reclaimed ready-mixed mortar can effectively replace special mortar in the construction of thin ash joint masonry.Based on the compressive and shear tests,the shear compressive composite stress specimens were designed with a thickness of 2mm ash joint,and 30 specimens were included in 5 groups with different axial compression ratios.Through the self-designed loading device to exert coaxial stress and vertical load,explore the damage form of specimens,and calculate the cutting pressure under the action of composite shear strength.The study found that the thin seam ash sintering and soil masonry bearing in multi-story masonry building high performance in the use of the advantage.Based on the experimental data,the constitutive relation of thin layer mortared sintered waste soil high performance masonry is studied in this paper.For the regression of the stress and strain data processing,will use the proceeds in σ-ε curve respectively for logarithmic type and polynomial fitting,comprehensive consideration,the parabola in polynomial fitting effect is better,and use it as σ-ε relationship advice.The measured values of elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio were calculated,and the expression of elastic modulus was given based on the constitutive relation.Comparative analysis test values,norms and predecessors’ research value,reasonable correction and put forward the material applicable compressive,shear and shear strength of composite average advice type,and its related design value expression is deduced.It is a basic preparation for the further research and application of thin ash joint sintered waste soil high performance masonry.
