High-speed photography can help to research high-speed progress,which is widely used in many areas.In early time,high-speed camera could not balance time resolution and imaging resolution.With the use of image intensifier,a digital high-speed framing camera has a higher time spatial resolution and a wider spectrum range,and the optical gain of it is tunable.The work is mainly about the design of high-speed framing camera.First,the investigation on development of high-speed camera in China and abroad is involved as well as the analysis of the most often used types of high-speed framing camera and their merits and demerits.A type of partially decentered and symmetric framing system and a type of multi-angle framing system are designed.The mechanical structure of multi-angle system has been simply designed and the hole system has been tested in an experiment.The main work in the paper is following:1 Demand of the design is analyzed in detail,with the basic structure parameters determined.Two types of framing structure are design according to the traits of the system.2 A type of multi-angle framing system are designed.First,a suitable initial structure is selected for the single system.With the optimization in Zemax,a group of system in which the angles of each single system's optical axis and the perpendicular line of the object plain are the same.In the end,the spatial solution in eye is up to 200lp/mm,and the MTF at 50lp/mm is higher than 0.5.The distortion of all fields is no more than 0.53%,and the distortion of each image in the same fields is less than 0.7%.That is to say,the consistency of four framing images is good.3 A type of partially decentered and symmetric framing system is designed.Rays from the object plain first pass a group of lenses in large aperture.There is a stop right behind the former group of lenses,with four groups of lenses whose optical axis is parallel to the axis of former group and arrayed in a cylindrical surface.As a result,there are four images on all four image plains.The former and latter group of lenses are optimized separately,and then they are integrated into a whole system.In the end,the spatial solution in eye is up to 150lp/mm,and the MTF at 50lp/mm is higher than 0.4.The distortion of all fields is no more than 0.42%,and the distortion of each image in the same fields is less than 0.4%,which means the consistency of the images is pretty good.4 After the analysis and comparison of the two types of system,the multi-angle framing system is chosen to take the experiment.The result is that,the spatial resolution of the system is no lower than 150lp/mm,and the difference of each image is less than 0.67%.The result of the experiment accords with the simulation result,and it indicates that the system meets the demand of the consistency in framing system.
