High-power winding asynchronous motor because of its rotor circuit can be string resistance and starting torque,starting current is small and so on,are widely used in heavy load starting occasions,For the cyclical load,in the light load,no-load operation,the motor power factor is small,low efficiency,a lot of energy is wasted,If it can effectively track the load change,implementation of energy-saving control,can have a larger energy saving space.In this paper,high-power winding asynchronous motor as the specific object of study,the study of energy-saving motor problems,the main research work:First,the ?-type equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor with stray loss equivalent resistance is established,then analyzed the relations between the loss and its changes of motor under cyclic load,The energy conservation principle of voltage regulation is studied theoretically.Then,the relationship between the stator current and the optimal voltage of the motor and the relationship between the motor power factor and the operating efficiency are studied respectively.The feasibility of using the power factor substitution efficiency to measure the motor energy saving effect is verified;Through the simulation experiments to explore the energy-saving space of the motor voltage regulator;By comparing the data of voltage regulation experiment,the advantages and disadvantages of the constant power factor control method in the current motor voltage regulation and energy saving are analyzed,The partitioned multiplexing control combining the constant power factor control and the minimum current tracking is proposed and verified on the theoretical calculation and simulation derivation,Then,Based on the environment of Simulink,the partition multiplexing energy-saving control system of the high-power winding asynchronous motor is designed.The simulation of the asynchronous motor running under the condition of multi-load and periodic working condition is carried out,By analyzing the power factor,the stator voltage and the stator current of the asynchronous motor under the control of the division multiplexing energy saving,It shows that the district reuse control can track the load change well and adjust the voltage of the motor according to the changing law of the power factor in time so that the asynchronous motor can achieve better energy-saving running state,which has certain engineering application and promotion value.At last,the hardware and software of voltage regulation and energy saving control of asynchronous motor are designed respectively based on the idea of partition multiplexing energy saving control.
