The Design And Application Of Wireless Magnetic Contact Door/Window Sensor

With the rapid development of science and technology and the quality of human life is climbing,we are in the pursuit of family comfort at the same time also continue to pay attention to family safety and intelligence.Home security system from the initial concept to the present has been a period of development,with the recent years,the popularity of wireless networks and intelligent devices,wireless integrated chip cost reduction and the improvement of basic network infrastructure,home security / smart home products Universal will usher in a very good development opportunity.As a part of the home security system,this paper focuses on the doors and windows alarm system was studied and designed the corresponding system,the main work is as follows:(1)To study wireless ZigBee communication technology,including wireless ZigBee communication protocol standards / principles,as well as other wireless communication technology advantages compared.A microcontroller based on SILICON LABS chip EM358 x is proposed to realize the wireless signal communication method.(2)Design the wireless door and window alarm device schematic and hardware,which including hardware design system,peripheral circuit design of main control chip,battery power supply circuit design(including energy consumption research)and its signal control and RF signal transmission circuit.This paper introduces the magnetron reed switch technology and its principle,selects the appropriate model and designs the control circuit.(3)The design of product mechanic and manufacturing process,which including PCB component circuit layout,SMT process design and assembly into the final product design.(4)Based on realizing the system,to test device hardware performance and capability.And have examples of the current market products in the performance and application of comparison.
