With the expansion of the factory enterprise scale and the continuous development of science and technology,batching belt scale system has experienced a steady good development and has been widely used in chemical industry,coal,building materials,metallurgy and other industries.Batching belt scale system mixed a variety of raw materials according to certain proportion and according to the process of production process.According to a building materials factory’s project construction in Shandong province,Paper use this project as the research background,mainly using the PLC programmable control technology and system monitoring software based on,and combining the function of the automatic burden control system,designs a set of belt scale batching control system.There is mainly finished the following work:(1)Through extensive reading the literature about the design of automatic batching system in domestic and abroad,the development of belt scale automatic batching system present situation and application prospect are discussed,and made a summary of the existing problems and development trend.(2)This paper expounds the basic technological process of the design of belt scale batching system,and design a scheme according to its technological process,and introduce the design of the structure,principle and function of related equipment in turn.(3)Use the programmable control(PLC)technology to the design the software of belt scale batching system,introduce the control process of system material feeding,ingredient,discharge part,make the electric control schematic diagram and programming procedure based on the PLC ladder diagram,make the batching system technical requirements can be automatically finish the whole course of blanking,weighing,ingredients.(4)Through the application of WinCC configuration software,design the PC monitoring system of belt scale batching process,and expounds the production process of how the system use the WinCC design a system interface,parameter setting,report,equipment monitoring,fault display and alarm function interface,make the user can through the man-machine interface to start and stop the control system,set up and display the system parameter and so on in the control room,complete the remote control of the system.(5)Through the analysis of belt scale batching system,comprehensive the respective characteristics of general principle of fuzzy control and PID control,fuzzy PID control structure and algorithm are presented,the paper expounds the principle of fuzzy PID algorithm,then use the software of MATLAB to simulate,to validate the theoretical feasibility of fuzzy PID algorithm,improve the regulating of batching control system effectyl.
