In recent years,the sludge of the sewage plant processing anaerobic digestion has widely followed,biogas to generate electricity bywas lit in gas internal combustion engine to generate electricity for factory for personal use or grid-connected,then recycle flue gas waste heat of generator and the heat of cylinder liner cooling water further provides the combined heat for sludge processing anaerobic digestion,achieve energy recycling.In this paper,we established a mathematical model that based on a sewage plant of Qingdao,there is day processing scale of 100000-15200000 tons and sludge anaerobic fermentation biogas co-generation system,and on this basis,designed some feasible schemes that the system of methane cogeneration can run when sludge anaerobic digestion at 55 ℃ high temperature.Paper main content includes: first,expounded the background of energy sources and subject.Second,described the present situation of the sewage plant and the treatment process of sewage and sludge,then introduced the related operation facilities of methane cogeneration system and running principle of test equipment,mainly including the internal combustion engines of biogas,generators,tube and shell heat exchanger,waste heat boiler of flue type,mud-water pipe heat exchanger,etc.Third,we have carried on the analysis and processing for the system of the sewage plant 2015 year-round operation,got related influencing factors for the amount of sewage、sludge and biogas,including people living habits,season,microbial flora,environmental and digestion temperature,PH,sludge digester batching rate,C/N ratio,etc.;Integrated the above factors,divided stages for running data of throughout the year of the sewage factory,and established the corresponding mathematical model for the methane cogeneration system,then have been corrected the model through the actual operation data.;Fourth,on the basis of mathematical model of the sewage plant sludge with medium temperature anaerobic digestion and methane cogeneration system,estimate the operational aspect of methane cogeneration when the same amount of sludge with high temperature anaerobic digestion,because of the sewage factory existing methane cogeneration system operation mode can’t satisfy the operation of the high temperature digestion,therefore,designed four kinds of the implementation of the new schemeplans,respectively,plan 1 of generator set + lithium bromide absorption heat pump of flue gas type + high-temperature sewage-source heat pump、plan 2 of generator set +lithium bromide absorption heat pump of flue gas type + high-temperature sewage-source heat pump + solar collector、plan 3 of generator set + waste heat boiler of flue gas type + high-temperature sewage-source heat pump、plan 4 of generator set + waste heat boiler of flue gas type + high-temperature sewage-source heat pump + solar collector.;Fifth,the above four kinds of solutions in terms of thermodynamics,economics and environmental benefits were analyzed and compared,the resulting solution 1 was reflects the better advantages in energy saving,economy and environment t,it’s comprehensive benefit was best in energy saving,because it’s energy efficiency of the plan 2、3、4 respectively 146%、105%、167%,exergy efficiency plan 2、3、4 respectively 132%、112%、165%;Scheme 3 has the lowest sum of initial investment,annual operating costs and expenses in value,the cost of the plan 1、2、4 combined scheme 3 respectively 107%、118%、114%,for generating cost,plan 1 was 0.15 yuan/ kW·h,scheme 2 was 0.17 yuan/ kW·h,plan 3 was 0.14 yuan/ kW·h,plan 4 was 0.15 yuan /kW·h;For the created the benefits of energy conservation and emissions reduction,plan 2 and 4 were the most,the second was the plan 1,plan 3 minimum,plan 1 the environmental benefits of about 120% of the solution 3;In addition,under the condition of equal amount of biogas,compared plansolution of 1 with the best comprehensive benefits with the scheme of generator set+ waste heat boiler of flue type + gas hot water boiler,and in the same quantity of sludge,compared plansolution of 1with the sludge with medium temperature anaerobic digestion,got in not highlight the characteristics of each scheme.;Through the study of this article,can provides the certain reference significance for the sewage factories estimating the operation of methane cogeneration system operation and selecting the operation schemes when sludge anaerobic digestion at 55 ℃ high temperature.
