With the serious issues about energy supply and demand contradiction and environmental pollution increasingly,the energy-saving and emission-reduction have been confronted with serious challenge all over the world.In the field of HVAC,heat pump technology is a kind of energy saving and environmental protection technology to convert low-grade heat energy into high-grade heat energy.And the low-grade heat energy such as air and sewage are widely distributed,small temperature variation,huge.content and stable,if these can be recycled by heat pump,can effectively alleviate the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution.However,there are some problems about blockage of pipeline and heat exchanger in sewage source heat pump system(SSHPS)and the weak applicability in low temperature environment and evaporator frosting and defrosting in air source heat pump system(ASHPS).This paper brings out a new safety sewage intaking technology(NSSIT)and new-type sewage source heat pump system(NSSHPS)and its efficient heat exchange technology which is from actual demand of heat pump technology and low renewable energy.The theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out around the development and design of the key devices and heat transfer performance of system.so it is valuable on practice and theory.The main research work and results are as follows:First of all,sewage anti-blocking machine of intelligent cutting(SAMIC)using the untreated sewage from sewage trunk canal is developed,which the mathematical model of filtration-recoil and cutting-regeneration is established.At the same time,the design and operation scheme of NSSIT of SSHPS are introduced,and the economical efficiency,energy conservation evaluation and environmental protection property are analyzed and studied.Secondly,the correlation theory of air carring heat or cold(ACHC)and technical features of ASHPS and SSHPS are analysed.NSSHPS is proposed and developed,which experiment table is established.Influence of influence parameters on operation characteristics of NSSHPS is analyzed and studied,and influence parameters include the physical parameters of untreated sewage from sewage trunk canal or outdoor air and feature parameters of air diffusion devices.Finally,NSSHPS with high efficiency heat exchange technology is developed,which forms consist of direct,indirect,natural convection and aeration type are put forward.This paper focuses on aeration type NSSHPS and describes the key devices and components.The heat transfer effect of high efficiency heat transfer technology of NSSHPS is analyzed by a example.In short,a NSSIT aim to solve the problem of poor sewage lead to the heat exchanger and pipeline equipment blocking and pollution.It provides method and guidance for the further research and development of the SAMIC and SSHP technology.The NSSHPS with high efficiency heat exchange technology not only solve the problem of SSHPS blocking and pollution,but also avoid air temperature is too low and the evaporator frosting and defrosting problem of ASHPS.Thus alleviate the energy shortage and improve the energy utilization efficiency,which is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction.
