In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry and decoration industry,the demand for stone is increasing,especially the demand for marble.The unique nature of the marble makes it more and more people's attention,which promotes the development of stone cutting machine tools and stone carving machine tools.However,China's traditional stone cutting machine after cutting,shift and transport of stone is a problem,the problem of the five axis stone cutting machine is more prominent,at the same time,stone cutting need to be processed again when the next to the stone slab generated interference,seriously affect the production efficiency.On the other hand,if in the cutting machine for stone carving,stone fixed is the key,the traditional way of operation is inconvenient,time-consuming,need to develop a new method of fixed flexibility and its equipment.This topic in the full investigation of the existing five axis stone cutting machine function under the premise of the structure,the vacuum adsorption system to solve the problems and ideas of the existing stone transport shift,the innovative design of the marble lifting vacuum adsorption system for small stone carving and double vacuum adsorption platform,provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the design improvement of the existing five axis stone cutting machine.Firstly,the paper introduces the vacuum device used in lifting marble vacuum adsorption system,working principle and main devices including vacuum vacuum device selection and calculation,and the working principle of the vacuum system are described.On the basis of a large number of existing structures and actual conditions,the vacuum adsorption system was designed,including the design optimization of the vacuum suction cup and its accessories.Then,finite element simulation study of vacuum adsorption technology,in reference to real case analysis software Fluent on the vacuum adsorption system key components of vacuum suction in marble slabs.Adsorption of the pressure in the cavity and the pressure drop is simulated by using fluid simulation,and experiment of vacuumsuction marble slabs were conducted,in order to rationality to verify the design of the vacuum sucker.Further,based on the finite element technology,the key structure and parameter optimization design of vacuum suction system,mainly from the vacuum suction outlet position and outlet diameter and seal height of several aspects of contrast optimization.Finally,based on the design and test of the vacuum suction on the design of a new type of double vacuum adsorption platform for small stone carving,and has carried on the optimization design,which can be adsorbed on the five axis cutting machine for stone carving of marble,saw blade cutting machine so that it can be in the original basis of five axis stone for a tool for carving,so as to greatly expand the scope of application of five axis stone cutting machine.Theoretical and experimental studies show that the marble vacuum adsorption system developed in this paper can after cutting the marble slabs for handling and displacement,and can solve the problem of interference slate after cutting;for fixing problems of small stone carving of the flow field simulation analysis indicate that the double vacuum adsorption platform design,can meet the requirements of vacuum the adsorption force required,resulting in,holding fixed to achieve functional requirements.
