With the acceleration of the pace of life,problems such as inconvenient breakfast purchases,rushed meal times,and insufficient nutrition have become increasingly prominent.The breakfast project has attracted the attention of experts and scholars and local governments.However,the traditional breakfast sales model has problems such as fixed sales locations,difficult quality control,and low profit in the store.There is no automatic breakfast production and sales device on the market.Based on this,an intelligent pancake production and sales integrated machine is designed and developed.The all-in-one machine is composed of functional modules such as dough pumping and paving device,pancake making device,pancake packaging device,and intelligent sales system.The intelligent pancake production and sales all-in-one machine makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional breakfast sales model and solves problems such as inconvenient breakfast purchases.The main research contents include the following:1.The key technologies of pumping and paving of surface slurry are studied.1)Analyze the characteristics of the dough,and determine the ratio of the dough by using the test method and sensory evaluation method.2)For the characteristics of the dough being thick and difficult to pump quantitatively,a vacuum piston pump is proposed;3)The paving structure of the pancake is improved,and the problems of incomplete paving and the dripping and sticking of the batter are solved.2.Analyzed the frying technology of pancakes.1)Through the analysis of the frying process flow,the frying process requirements are proposed;2)through theoretical analysis and SolidWorks Simulation temperature field finite element analysis,determine the pot material and the installation method of the heating tube,so that the temperature difference between the pot body is controlled within 5 ° C.Combined with KSD301 temperature control technology,the frying temperature is controlled between 190 ~ 210 ?;3)Optimize the oiling mechanism,and realize a set of mechanism that can grease the pan and cake noodles separately,and also reach an even spread Process requirements for oil;4)Kinematics analysis of the scooping and turning process of pancakes,determining the scooping speed V = 0.09 m / s,turning speed ? =8.5 rad/s,and using the trapezoidal acceleration curve to plan the turning speed.3.Based on the vacuum adsorption technology,a paper bag packaging device for pancakes was designed and its gas path planning was completed;the stability study was carried out using the test method,and according to the research results,structural optimization and control optimization were carried out to make the packaging device stability reach More than 98%.4.Using SolidWorks 3D modeling software to build a virtual prototype of the integrated machine,and complete the static analysis,motion simulation and interference detection,the results show that the virtual prototype structure is reasonable and reliable;the use of modular assembly technology to complete the physical prototype of the whole machine Built;based on the PLC technology,an integrated machine automatic control system was built;the combined machine joint test results showed that the initial success rate of the whole machine was more than 97%.
