Fastener style steel pipe formwork support system is the most widely used template support form in China.As a temporary structure,the current design calculation method cannot correctly reflect many uncertainties,unsafe factors in the actual erection process resulting the high formwork support system collapse accidents occur frequently,seriously affected the construction safety and the use performance of the building.In the new standard,the calculation method of the stability bearing capacity of the formwork support use very method,but lack of scientific nature,concentrated in the value of the vertical pole calculation length coefficient is too large,causing the pole spacing,step distance of the supporting frame is too small,and the construction is inconvenient.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the relevant support frame model,the load displacement curve and the stability bearing capacity are obtained,and the related failure characteristics of the support frame are studied.The calculation results of the finite element method are used to adjust the calculation lengthcoefficient of the vertical pole in the new version.Use the method of field measurement to monitor of the axial force,support displacement and acceleration response,in the construction process.Analysis of the force performance of the support frame in the actual engineering construction,then the finite element model is used to calculate the axial force,the shape and the stability of the model during the loading process.Compared with the measured data,it is proved that the adjusted calculation length coefficient of the vertical pole is more reasonable in engineering practice.And some suggestions are put forward for the design calculation method and construction requirements of the support frame in the new edition of the "rules".
