With the substantial improvement of the level of architecture in my country,people’s requirements for architecture are not only satisfied with the use of functions,but also the requirements of beauty and comfort,which enhance people’s pursuit of entertainment life.At present,there are more and more buildings with novel architectural shapes and tall buildings,and the use of tall formwork support systems is increasing.In recent years,the collapse of tall formwork supports has occurred frequently and caused casualties and economic losses.More and more attention has been paid to the safety and design research of high formwork system.According to the current regulations,when a reliable structure exists,the formwork support structure should be connected to the existing reliable structure.When building construction encounters a structural column that has reached a certain strength,the formwork support structure should be connected by a holding column,and a tall formwork The supporting column connection effectively increases the overall stability and reduces the side shift.It is the main method of high formwork safety measures,reducing safety accidents and improving construction quality.This research has practical and social significance.The investigation revealed that: at present,there are very few researches on the connection of frame holding pillars,and the current regulations stipulate that the requirements for holding pillars are not specific.In order to design the supporting column connection frame more scientifically and reasonably,this paper uses the finite element software ANSYS to simulate and analyze.The frame nodes are modeled according to the semi-rigid performance,and only the side edge impact level is restricted on the side of the frame and the column connection.Displacement in the direction of the force.Study various factors that affect the design of the holding column connection,such as: step distance,span,height of the frame,load,column distance and holding method,etc.Study the influence of various factors on the side shift,internal force and stable bearing capacity of the frame.This paper establishes 40 working condition models for analysis.First,analyzes the calculation models of holding and non-holding columns under various conditions.Through calculation and comparison analysis,it is found that the connection of tall formwork supports is better than that of non-holding formwork supports.The stable bearing capacity can be increased by 3~4 times,and the necessity of the column connection of the tall formwork support frame is proposed;the model analysis obtains the results of the design step and span of the column connection,and gives the maximum step and the span to meet the requirements.The span limit and the optimal vertical spacing of the holding column connection are less than3 meters and the basis;the analysis draws the conclusion that the erection height has the most significant influence on the holding column design,and the suggested holding method for different erection heights;a step is compared The influence of the different holding methods of one holding,two steps and one holding,three steps and one holding on the lateral displacement and stability of the ultimate bearing capacity of the frame,the best holding method of holding pillars for different formwork support frame heights is given.At the same time,the restrictions and requirements that should not adopt three-step one-holding are given;the analysis of the frame body under heavy load of the large cross-section beam and the analysis of the large structure column spacing support formwork body,it is concluded that the pillar design should reduce the vertical spacing of the pillar in this case And the requirements and suggestions for strengthening measures;when the horizontal spacing of the holding columns increases,the greater the column spacing,the smaller the stable bearing capacity of the column holding formwork support frame.When the column spacing exceeds 9m,the frame should be considered to reduce the step distance and span.Other strengthening measures such as reducing the vertical spacing of the holding column.When the height of the frame exceeds 12 meters,the three-step one-holding is compared with the two-step one-holding and one-step holding,the side shift of the frame is increased and the stable bearing capacity is significantly reduced.When the height of the supporting column formwork support is more than 18 meters,the distance between the supporting columns should be reduced,and the three steps should not be carried out in one step.The step distance should be restricted to 1.5 meters and the span less than 1 meter.It is hoped that the research results will provide reasonable suggestions for the design of tall and large formwork projects and provide references for further revision of the specifications.
