With the development of economy and technology,the advancement of urbanization,the scale and the development speed of the high-rise building amazing,building's height increases gradually,and the structural system are increasingly diversified.Shear wall structure due to its large lateral stiffness,small deformation under the action of horizontal force,smooth metope,internal using space more concise,etc,is extremely widespread application in the high-rise residential and hotel buildings.In the process of high-rise structure design,designers often make an old-fashioned structure and design too much shear wall,in order to meet structure's safety,which don't give full play to the bearing capacity of the shear wall,ignoring the economic problems of building energy efficiency,also causing a certain amount of waste.In recent years,real estate developers attach more attention to the economy of structures,and in pursuit of greater economic efficiency,reduced cost of the programme by limiting the scheme's economy index.But the specification do not give the clear economic index of the shear wall structure,and the blind pursuit of economic interests would cause hidden trouble to the safety of the structure.Thus,in the process of high-rise shear wall structure design,designer should do it under the premise of guarantee the structure safety,also considering lateral resistance of the building structure and economy index.Therefore,the exploration of the reasonable rate of shear wall in high-rise shear wall structure has important theoretical and practical guiding significance.In this paper,through two engineering examples,using the finite element software which is PKPM to simplify the modeling of structure,by calculating the internal force in the shear wall structure,analyze the factors which influence the reasonable number of shear wall in the shear wall structure,then,considering safety index and economic index of the structure comprehensively at the same time,discusses the reasonable rate range of decorated wall in shear wall structures under different intensity.The main research contents are as follows:1.The classification and characteristics of high-rise building and the shear wall are introduced simply,also,problems which should be paid attention and the requirements of shear wall structure in the process of structure design are summed up.2.Then,based on the calculation and analysis on the engineering examples by finite element analysis software,study the different factors,such as the total length shear wallthe structure of shear wall,wall thickness,the total length of concrete strength,on the effects of the reasonable quantity and the lateral stiffness of the shear wall in structures,also analyze quantitatively the changing rules of machanical parameters such as the natural vibration period,the earthquake shear force,just weight ratio and maximum interlayer displacement angle under different factors.At the same time,from the point of view of economic,the influence degree of different factors on the influence of structure scheme cost is analised.3.In combination with the practical engineering of shear wall structure,optimize the structure,and analyze the control factors of structure's optimization of shear wall under different forticational intensity,via comprehensive consideration of the building used function,the safety and economy of the structure,to explore the reasonable arrangement way,the best rate range of decorated wall and efficiency indices,such as the dosage of steel and concrete,index,of shear wall under fortification intensity of 6,7,8 degrees in different environment and.4.The internal force and deformation characteristics of the shear wall structures under different space environment at the same fortification intensity are analyzed comparatively.Thus,there explore the influence of the field environment on the the rate of decorated wall and dosage of steel and concrete.Finally,in this paper,presents a summary and outlook through some problems about the quantity of shear wall arrangement of the high-rise shear wall structure under different environment,also points out some issues that we need to improve and further research.In conclusion,this paper studies has a guiding significance to the optimization of structure design and cost control.
