With the development of the times,the curtain wall began to develop gradually in the construction field,and began to occupy a considerable position,and by virtue of a higher permeability,highly modern form,as well as supporting the structure of simple and neat features,has been more extensive Applications.The new technology and new materials of various curtain walls constantly emerge,giving the modern architecture unlimited reverie space,but also greatly enriched the architects for the building facade artistic,functional,practical pursuit of the ultimate;and modern Science and technology and the integration of architectural art reflected most vividly.The single-layer plane cable-net curtain wall structure has been applied to practicality constantly because of its flexibility,light weight,small damping and low self-vibration frequency[1].Single-layer flat cable net curtain wall is a tensioned structure system,usually by the orthogonal arrangement or oblique arrangement of the steel rope after the composition,the use of staggered layout of the form,by the longitudinal cable is mainly responsible for stress,horizontal cable to stabilize Sex,so that the whole system to achieve a balanced state.Cable network can greatly save the space used in the supporting structure,is a new force system,usually by the pressure of the boundary frame and tensile strength of the cable composition,due to the material structure can be fully utilized,so cable Network structure can be the best material consumption to get better structural properties.Based on the background of a single cable curtain wall project in Shanghai,this paper focuses on the practical application of the single-layer cable net curtain wall structure in engineering,which is divided into several key points for in-depth study.1.First of all,to determine the composition of single-layer cable curtain wall elements,study the design principles,combined with the actual situation of this project is mainly composed of three parts: the glass panel,cable support system and anchor structure[2].The design principles include: geometric nonlinearity and its influence on dynamic response of structure[3],cooperative work between single cable support structure and glass panel[4],self-balance system,structural wind resistance design method and seismic design method[5];2.The effect of the elements and the influence of the four-point supporting type glass panel in the wind pressure and cable synergistic effect,including the glass sub-grid size,the thickness of the glass,the length of the vertical and horizontal cable;cable support system for the flexible tension structure,Before the prestressing no rigidity,its shape is uncertain,must be given by appropriate pre-stress to give its shape,need to consider the structural deformation of the tension to balance the external load;and anchoring structure,is the entire cable support system Conduction over the prestress and self-weight and wind pressure and other conditions arising from all the stress is the cable system for tension based on the 650x650 square steel used in this project as a tensile frame,is fully taken into account the conduction to the Large reaction force set.3.The construction method of operation,the single-layer cable network system is the most important pre-stressed cable is imposed,but also the soul of the entire system,how to ensure that during the construction of any cable does not occur relaxation,And to maintain a certain size to meet the principle of tension reserve is particularly critical.4.For the components in the construction process of deflection or stress monitoring changes;due to the prestressing of the tensioning process and cable,an anchor and other materials factors,making the cable in the application of prestressing,from the beginning of the production of components to When the component is finished in the installation site,the control stress value will decrease gradually.Plus the anchor point after the application of the prestressing force just after the local warping deformation,will have a greater impact on the tensile stress,which resulted in the operation of the need for frequent monitoring measures to ensure that the final tensioning system Meet the expectations.
