Research And Development Of Mechanical Product Design Platform Base On CBE

In this paper, the product variant design method based on CBR is studied and researched, according to the actual situation of small and medium enterprises in China, a complete CBR design method and a solution of design platform without expensive CAD.PDM system is putted forward.A product knowledge template representation method, search method and change method based on product key feature attributes to meet design target is proposed, which is based on the similarity matching method.The XML case knowledge representation method of vibration absorber product to its key components is given, The structure model of product design platform and its implementation are established base on design platform function analysis. At the end, the CBR template, method and procedure is verified by design of a automotive shock. Basic approach to series of design of product based on CBR is pointed out.
