Autoclave molding of composite structures,as the one of main molding methods,whose high temperature and high pressure working situation makes composite structures curing deformation forever. To release the problem, tradition methods are structure optimization of mold by the methods of trial and error that experience constant correction to reach the purpose of reducing deformation. However, the methods relies on experience have some limitations, especially widely use of composite structures. As a result, Finite Element Method is used to optimization technological methods to improve working efficiency.Theory analysis work for the heat-transfer law of autoclave molding of composite structures is carried out, based on which its temperature field FEM model is formed, and then the temperature field data is gained by simulation, which is added to stress-strain FEM mold of composite structure to predicate its curing deformation. What is more, get the every node deformation of X,Y,Z axis of coordinates. And compensation algorithm carried out to forming mold for anti-deformation compensation to make the minimum deformation of curing deformation composite structures.Based on the type of spherical composites radome skin component as an example, under the condition of the same manufacturing two sets of forming dies, before and after the compensation and autoclave curing, using three coordinate measuring machine for measuring after curing the artifacts. The experimental results show that: Compensation of radar cover skin components before and after deformation trend is the same, all from the center to the outer deformation increases gradually, and explain the warping deformation happened when autoclave curing, through the comparison of the data shows on the deformation of composite component decreases by 75%. Therefore, in this paper, the composite forming die compensation method is reasonable and correct.
