In this paper,finite element numerical simulation and experimental verification are carried out for the spring-in deformation and residual stress of the curved surface structure of thermosetting resin based carbon fiber composites during the curing process.In this paper,several different material constitutive models are compared and verified,and the Path-dependent constitutive is used to analyze the constitutive relationship with a high accuracy.Firstly,including temperature and cooling rate and curing temperature on the process and mould factors on composite curing deformation and residual stress influence are analyzed,with 2.0?/min heating and cooling rate,the INVAR steel mould material,and get a better conclusion under different curing temperature deformation of minimum of 0.87 mm.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element software was used to study the temperature field and curing degree field of components with different process factors and molds and the layering sequence of[0/90]4s,respectively,based on the thermal deformation theory.It is concluded that the distribution uniformity of curing degree field and temperature field of type C parts decreased with the increase of temperature rise rate.Furthermore,the stress change trend during solidification is stable-increasing-stable-increasing-decreasing.For curing deformation at the trend of the stress and strain analysis of the curing process of composite materials including the change of modulus,thermal expansion coefficient,analyzed the influence of composite surface C process and structure factors on solidification and the influence law of curing deformation and residual stress is caused by the influence of the thermal strain at the initial stage.Secondly,using fiber Bragg grating?FBG?by monitoring in the process of curing materials due to temperature and strain changes,the change of the wavelength and prediction results are similar.Then,the accurate distribution of temperature field,curing degree field,residual stress and curing deformation in different curing deformation stages can be obtained.By comparing the results of experiment and numerical analysis,the maximum error can reach10%.Finally,to compensate the mold by using IMAGEWARE software,using 2.0?/min cooling rate,maximum deformation from 0.66 mm to 0.049 mm,mould compensation and the feasibility and rationality was verified.
