Research On Planning Of Cluster Development In The Eastern Town Of Qinghai Province

Urbanization process of the world has pass more than half, turning the rapid development stage into the stable stage of development gradually. The development of a single urban area also increasingly depends on space of its roots. Urban Agglomeration is what the Chinese government and industry researchers choose to solve urban disease and urban development bottleneck.With the development of Urban Agglomeration, its scope will vary, in general, the level of development of Urban Agglomeration is getting higher, so will the range, the role played by city within the region will change, namely the spatial structure of Urban Agglomeration will change. First of all, defining on spatial range of Urban Agglomeration from domestic and foreign areas, the author concluds that geographical environment?social economic factors and transportion define the scope of Urban Agglomeration, then overlays analysis of three factors corresponding to the spatial extent. At last, using dynamic development perspective, author determines the scope and spatial structure of Urban Agglomeration in eastern Qinghai Province in the presen?in the short?in medium and in long term.The scope of Urban Agglomeration in eastern Qinghai Province:Present Situation includes Xining?Ping'an?Haidong?Datong? Huangzhong?Huzhu; Recent development includes Xining?Ping'an?Haidong?Datong?Huangzhong?Huzhu; In the medium, Xunhua? Hualong are added, then in medium-term and long-term development, cities within the Haidong Region are all in. Combined with the range of Urban Agglomeration in different periods, spatial structure of Urban Agglomeration in eastern Qinghai Province:Present Situation is a single core circle spatial structure of Xining; Recently spatial structure is axis-point. Xining and Haidong are cores.109 State Highway is the development axis; In mid term, spatial structure develops into two cores three centers two axes, Ping'an?Datong? Huangzhong as central towns,227 State Highway as an additional development countershaft; In long term, spatial structure is two cores and axes, more emphasis on contact with the surrounding cities as well as neighboring Lanzhou, eventually integrating into the Lanxi Economic Region. Finally, the author proposes development proposals from traffic?economy and Lanxi Economic Region Development.
