The planning and construction of the comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system of urban agglomerations occupies a pivotal position in the implementation of the national strategy, and is of great significance to regional transportation and national economic development. Moreover, the transportation channels within the urban agglomeration not only undertake the task of regional passenger and cargo transportation, but also affect the development degree and development prospects of regional economic and social development to a large extent. For promoting the integrated development of transportation and improve the transportation channel system in urban agglomerations,it is urgent to explore the structural characteristics of urban agglomeration transportation corridors and their temporal and spatial evolution rules, and make scientific and reasonable arrangements for the planning and construction of urban agglomeration transportation corridors on this basis. To effectively support the strategic implementation of regional transportation planning and development. The thesis first introduces the related theoretical basis of graph theory and complex networks, introduces complex network theory and technical methods, uses Gephi software and Matlab to calculate the degree, clustering coefficient and network centrality and other network structure characteristic indicators, and fits the degree distribution. The study found that the average degree of the road network in the region is 5.89,which conforms to the Gaussian distribution with a degree of fit of R~2=0.76,and the average degree of railway network is 4.42,which conforms to the exponential distribution with a degree of fit of R~2=0.99;The systematic clustering method, based on the strength of urban economic connection between nodes in the corridor, analyzes the importance of each node in the urban agglomeration, and finds that the importance of the comprehensive node in Urumqi is the highest, which is 12.91;through the level configuration of transportation routes,It is found that Urumqi,Shihezi, and Wusu are very important nodes,Hami,Karamay, and Changji are important nodes, and Shawan,Shanshan, and Bole are general nodes. Then, the principal component analysis method is used to quantify the scale of the regional economic effects, and the principal component scores of each region are obtained. Finally, through the method of exploratory spatial data analysis, the regional GDP is used as an indicator, and the relevant parameters are output by Geoda software to find Moran’s The I index is less than 0,and the spatial distribution characteristics of regional GDP are negatively correlated. In the future planning and construction of transportation corridors in the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains,it is hoped that the research content of this article can provide a certain reference for the selection of key cities and the grasp of the overall context of transportation economic development.
