| In China, the process of urbanization is often accompanied by the development and construction of urban polycentrics. With the advancement of the new urbanization strategy, industrialization promotes industrial agglomeration and labor agglomeration, land use changes and upgrades, and at the same time drives the agglomeration of industrial resources, economic activities and living space. In the process of polycentric agglomeration of urban elements, cities achieve rapid development. The spatial agglomeration status and coupled development relationship of different urban elements will seriously affect the development quality and sustainability of cities. Therefore,it is of great significance for the government to carry out quantitative research on the characteristics and influencing factors of spatial agglomeration distribution of various urban elements, which is of great significance for the government to regulate urban resources and promote the development of urban polycentricity.Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper takes Changsha as an example to study the characteristics, patterns, spatially coupled development status and influencing factors of spatial agglomeration distribution of urban elements.First of all,the theory and related concepts of spatial agglomeration of urban elements are clearly defined and the scope of research is clarified.Secondly, the overall distribution characteristics of spatial agglomeration of urban elements in Changsha were deeply analyzed from the three aspects of urban functional elements, urban form factors, urban population and economic factors, and on this basis, the polycentric structure of Changsha city was identified by the nuclear density estimation method, and the correlation characteristics of changsha’s urban multi-center network were measured in combination with commuting degree, and the urban density equation was used to fit the distribution of urban elements, and the agglomeration degree index was constructed to measure the agglomeration level of urban elements. Then, the basic mode of spatial agglomeration distribution of urban elements in Changsha was condensed, and the driving mechanism was analyzed. Finally, the spatial econometric model is used to analyze the significant influencing factors of the distribution of features in various cities. The following key conclusions are drawn:(1)Changsha’s urban multi-center agglomeration development characteristics are more prominent.According to the commercial structure of Changsha, the urban development structure of "one main,6 vice and multiple centers" can be measured, and the characteristics of the circle structure of urban development are remarkable.Through the commuting index,Changsha’s urban multi-center structure network correlation characteristics are prominent, and the overall development trend is joint.(2)Changsha has significant characteristics of spatial agglomeration and distribution of urban elements. The core areas of living space, population density and economic density are strongly condensed;roads and production spaces are relatively concentrated in urban areas;ecological space and impermeable surface streets are gathered at multiple points.(3)The spatial coupling relationship of urban elements in Changsha is obvious. The spatial distribution of "Three Lives" is mainly based on single-type streets with functions, and the agglomeration distribution becomes a functional area and produces agglomeration benefits, while vigorously developing coordinated livable streets, and the development of ecological space and living space is more coordinated. The expansion of spatial form is mainly a single-core sprawl expansion, combined with natural landscapes,to achieve a coordinated development of reasonable mosaic type. And economic agglomeration significantly drives population agglomeration, and the overall development is coordinated.(4)There are many influencing factors of urban elements in Changsha.Among them, the density of scientific and educational cultural institutions, the distance to the city center and the degree of land use mixture are the significant influencing factors affecting the spatial agglomeration distribution of urban elements in Changsha. |
