Cement stabilized gravel base material is the most widely used in all levels of highway in China,its service life directly affects the life of pavement.According to the survey found that the disease of pavement is mainly due to the destruction of bottom of cement stabilized gravel base transfer produced.The destruction of many kinds of reasons,such as compressive strength,anti-washout performance,shrinkage and poor fatigue resistance,the anti-washout performance of cement stabilized gravel base technical indicators is important in the material layer;the domestic and foreign literature,many scholars found from the experimental study,test method,test device of mixture ratio,mixture,control indicators against anti-washout performance were studied,and achieved certain results.But in the anti-washout performance control indicators,has not yet reached a consensus of scholars at home and abroad,also did not give a specific standard and specification.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the anti-washout performance of cement stabilized gravel base materials.According to the cement stabilized gravel base material in a proper dose,well graded case,compressive strength and anti-washout performance has the characteristics of good correlation,reference SAC gradation design method,design a skeleton dense structure suitable for cement stabilized macadam;used in accordance with the < highway engineering inorganic material test specification for stable material >(JTG E51-2009)self-developed instrument,amount of erosion were measured on skeleton density and suspended dense two different structures in different dosage of cement,and numerical two different types of compressive strength in different cement dosage under the analysis.The relationship between compressive strength and anti-washout performance,combined with the existing highway pavement construction technical rules of <Technical rules for construction of highway pavement >(JTJ/T F20-2015)is proposed on the compressive strength of the standard,respectively from the different road grade and under different traffic conditions of cement stabilized macadam in different layers of the establishment of anti erosion control index and strength standard are consistent.Provide a basis to judge the anti erosion performance control index to establish not only against the erosion performance of the research,based on the strength standard and proposed in the existing norms on the increase of control index of anti erosion performance of the cement stabilized macadam base should not only meet the requirement of strength and anti erosion performance should meet the requirements,so as to improve the technical performance cement stabilized macadam base and comprehensive quality.
