With the application of the ship pod technology,permanent magnet motor and control technology has been developed rapidly.Permanent magnet synchronous motor can be used in power pod ship propulsion systems with its advantages of power density per unit volume is large,light weight,small size.Currently,the international trend of ship propulsion is electric propulsion system,but the technology research in China is still lagging behind,the practical application is still relatively limited.Ship electric propulsion system symptom analysis is also difficult to achieve under realistic conditions,so the more in-depth study of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system modeling and simulation in the field of marine electric propulsion system application is a very important issue.First,according to the parameters of the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motors and marine power permanent magnet synchronous motor,built a simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the simulation results under motor speed in open-loop can be seen,the motor speed and torque excess significant fluctuations in the process.To solve this problem,the introduction of a control method of the motor in order to achieve effective and accurate control of the motor.Second,in-depth study of the basic idea of a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control,through coordinate transformation,decoupling,etc.,the flux and torque was transformed into a similar DC motor control,get the same static and dynamic performance DC drive system.Under the in-depth study of the basic principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control,and on the basis of the stator flux and accurately determine the size and location of the space,and also accurately calculate the electromagnetic torque,the torque control amount as a direct,built a permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control simulation model based on switch selection table.Finally,according to the above control method,load characteristics and mathematical models of ship motion propeller combination,build a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control simulation model based on propeller load characteristics.On this basis,through simulation study,simulation results show that the vector control can accurately achieve speed control and has good torque response.Flux curve of direct torque control is approximately circular,the control output have achieved the desired effect,but the speed and torque of the motor has fluctuated before reaching the stable value,because the direct torque control method for magnetic control and torque is applied to the windings by a given value of various voltage space vector to achieve.The simulation results of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on propeller load characteristics show that the control method can reduce torque ripple,motor propulsion system has a good dynamic response effect.In summary,through theoretical analysis and simulation,the study of marine electric propulsion system has accumulated some experience,which also have reference value to the follow-up research of this subject and application.
